Bluetooth Compatibility with the Palm Treo

Special considerations with the Palm Treo and Bluetooth

It has been our experience that even though they are technically Bluetooth compatible, the Palm Treos seem to be inconsistent. The most problematic appears to be the 700. Bluetooth headsets will work, but they have trouble staying paired up, so you may need to perform the pairing steps fairly frequently.
