Returns

At BluetoothStore.com, we want you to find and use the right product for you. If you decide to return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase, please email support@BluetoothStore.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please follow these instructions to return:

1. Contact us for an RMA number. If, for any reason, you decide to return or exchange your product within 30 days of purchase, please email returns@BluetoothStore.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package - we can only accept back products in their original packaging. Please include all original packaging when returning the product, and write your RMA number on the outside of the returning package. You'll help us expedite your return by ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
3. Return using a traceable method - Please keep your tracking number as proof of delivery back to BluetoothStore.com and have it available if you have any questions for us.

BluetoothStore.com generally does not charge restocking fees or refuse returns; however, products that are damaged upon arrival may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or the product return may be refused.

BluetoothStore.com is constantly striving to improve our service and products, and we need and welcome your input. We will be very grateful for any feedback or information you can give us regarding your experience with us and our products.

Warranty

All products are backed by their individual manufacturer's warranty. In addition, BluetoothStore.com provides a 30-day full replacement product warranty. We'll replace any faulty product without hesitation, so you know that you'll never have to wait for a repair. Send an email to support@BluetoothStore.com and we'll arrange a prompt replacement.

Any warranty requests that happen outside of the 30-day replacement window can often be fulfilled through the manufacturer of the product. Click here for manufacturer contact information.

Privacy Policy

BluetoothStore.com will keep your information private and will not share it with others apart from in accordance with standard direct mail and business sale practices.

Your order information will be kept private, none of your personal information will be kept on a computer that could be compromised. We do rent and swap name lists with other companies. While we may at some point use your email address to send you notices about new items and special offers, you will be able to unsubscribe from our mail list at any time with no hassle whatsoever.
