Supertooth 3
Gentleman, I still cannot get contacts to load into my unit, and have tried numerous ways to do this. The phone is a Verizon Alias 2, and by everything that I have read, it should work with your unit. The download of the contacts and the handsfree approach is the reason I bought your product. Verizon is very little help, and your customer service just said that apparently this phone will not download the contacts. I must say that I am very dissappointed. I have tried a friend's verizon phone, and it did work, and have tried an LG phone that I had from Verizon, and it did not work. I thought that maybe I could put the contacts into it from that phone at least since they had the same contacts, but it too would not accept them. This is very frustrating, and I don't want to have to buy another phone just to make this work for me in the manner I expected.

BlueAnt Supertooth 3
I purchased a Jabra unit and returned it the next day. After researching Bluetooth units for about a week, I decided to purchase a BlueAnt Supertooth 3 unit. It has more features than other units in this price range. Very happy with BluetoothStore.com, they had the best price and delivery was on time. I ordered two more today.

Supertooth 3 Review
First of all, I really appreciated the Customer Support while buying this hands free model. Price was way better than any other vendor and shipping costs were minimal. Kudos to your company! As for the unit itself, it set up easily, however I have an older phone [Motorola E815] so it will not connect automatically and could not export my contacts to the Supertooth 3 device. I am getting a new phone shortly so I am hopeful that this feature will be available after I upgrade. I really appreciate the two clips, one for each vehicle, and the ease of the attachment via the Supertooth 3 magnets.
In-Car Sound: quality was adequate, but a bit robotic for my taste.
Caller Sound: a little quiet according to the people that call the unit.
Ease of Use: Excellent once you get over the initial start up.
Unit Start Up/Shut Down: Starts quickly, however when you power it off you must hold the button for close to 10 seconds before it initializes the powering off command.
Overall, I am satisfied by my selection and purchase.

Not Loud enough
The unit is tough and reliable. However, it is just not loud enough for my '03 Honda Civic Hybrid. It is just bummer not to be able to hear important calls and messages.

Great Device... But Road Noise Can Be An Issue
I absolutely love this speaker phone. It announces all of my callers, it has good volume to hear people on the other end, and it automatically syncs with my phone when I get in the car. The only downside is that, when traveling at 70+ mph, road noise becomes an issue (keep in mind that I'm in a Mini Cooper S without a lot of noise-blocking effort put into the car). I had to go back to using my phone on one call in particular as I couldn't hear anything the caller was saying and he couldn't hear me either. Now while traveling down the interstate, I just ask the caller if they can hear me OK; other than that one call, I've carried many other calls speeding along down the interstate without incident. The speaker phone is great especially while driving on back roads or around town; I use the Supertooth 3 religiously. It's such a relief having my hands free to drive the car (especially since it's a manual transmission). I would recommend this device to anyone, with the one caveat being that some conditions (high speeds, heavy rain, etc.) might not produce the best quality calls.

Nice product
I ordered this product and received in 2 days. I'm using it with an Iphone 3GS and it was easy to set up and works just as described. The sound quality is great and it loaded my contacts with no problems. I am very happy with my purchase.

Excellent Product
I have been using this device in my home office and car for about a week and I am very pleased with the performance. The device is simple to use and my callers have not had complaints with sound quality. It was very easy to configure with my Blackberry Curve.

Great Purchase with SUPER EASY SET-UP
I've looked around for this reading great reviews everywhere but bluetoothstore.com was the best price and had super fast shipping. I clicked purchase at noon Dallas time and it was on my desk the next day by 2pm!! It hadn't even hit my debit card account and the product was in my hands. Great service! All I had to do was turn it on, turn on the bluetooth connection on my phone and it did the rest. The speaker has great clarity and volume and the battery life is wonderful.
This is a real customer who bought this product on 9-22-09. JOHN

Can't upload contacts to Samsung Blackjack
Pros: Syncs to my Samsung Blackjack II easily
Cons: Can't seem to upload all my contacts all at once. It only allows one contact at a time. Tedious - because I have thousands. Anyone knows how to upload "all contacts" all at once?

Peter's Supertooth 3 review
The best bluetooth speaker device I ever bought! Crystal clear perfect to hear speaker and excellent outgoing voice signal quality even with higher background noise inside the car. Voice commands work nicely even with my German accent!

Blueant Supertooth 3
I bought this for my wife. It was as easy as they said to sync to her phone. The sound quality is very good. If I would not have known she was on it I would have she was on a land line. I have not tried any other speaker phone but after trying this one I don't have to. If I need any other bluetooth items I will purchase from Bluetruth.com. Great service, price, and shipping.

Blueant Supertooth 3
I am very pleased with BlueTruth.com! I placed the order June 9 and received by Fed Ex on June 11! The Supertooth 3 is a product that I think everyone using a cell phone in a car should have. It works GREAT!

Priduct was shipped and received on time
You need to advise customers of limitation on size of adress book capacity. Product would not accept my 2400+ Outlook contacts.Disappointed in that aspect and limits usage and safety advantages of product
Clarity is excellent however.

Feed back
Very, very pleased with the Supertooth 3. Clarity for callers is good. Setup was easy.
My only complaint is with Blackberry's voice dialing (by name). It's a complete failure.

Purchase of Supertooth 3 Bluetooth Speaker Phone
Everything good except that on your site there was no indication that a newer model would be available in June. Would have liked to compare features of each model before I made purchase.
Again, otherwise purchase good.

Good on My end
This product is good...all my calls come over very clear, but the people I talk to say it sounds like my windows in my truck is open. They say it is very loud(I drive a 2005 stock silverado). My phone was not able to transfer the phonebook, but that is not a big deal to me. All in all I WOULD buy this product again.

Cannot yet comment on the product as it is a gift for my spouse and has yet to be installed or used. I have my fingers crossed that it will be what I hope for.

First Order
I placed my first order with BlueTruth less than 10 days ago. It was for the BlueAnt Supertooth 3 Speakerphone. It arrived before the scheduled date. I could not be happier. Not only was your price better than any local or national electronic store retailer, your service and speed of shipping were phenominal. I'll be back for ALL my bluetooth accessories! Thanks!

Supertooth 3 Bluetooth Speaker Phone
Great product - easy set-up out of the box. Minor down side is the computerized voice. Some comments from callers is that their end has an echo. So far so good!

Won't pair with HTC AT&T Tilt Kaiser TyTn
Works great with the Motorola Razr V3xx but I also have an HTC PDA with WM6.1. It finds the ST3 but fails to pair after entering the passcode. I am working with HTC now, but the ST3 is not one of the devices on their compatibility list. I may have to buy another cell phone or another speaker phone.

A great product- Supertooth 3
I have been using the Supertooth 3 for a few days now and think it is a great product. It was extremely easy to set up and works well. I do miss being able to dial by number as well but I am happy with this.

Jury's Still Out
I've had my ST3 less than a week but have made several test calls. I have to say I can hear others very well. I've spoken to two people on their cells; one was perfectly clear and loud - as a matter of fact, I had to ask her to turn her sound down because she was head-splitting loud. The other was a low-talker and was difficult to understand. Some of his responses didn't come across at all. I also spoke to two different land lines with the same result - one was loud and clear and the other was scratchy and difficult to understand. I chalk this up to the sound quality of the phone on the other end, not the ST3.
Both the people I've spoken with say the sound quality on their end is iffy at best. I had complaints of loud background noise and a "watery sound" from both of them whether they were using a cell phone or a land line. They said if they HAD to talk to me they could but wouldn't for a casual conversation.
I experimented with the positioning of the ST3 which seemed to help a bit but not enough to make me sound great to them.
When I come in range of the ST3, it connects quickly and announces its connection. I like this feature.
Voice dialing has proven difficult and I'm still trying to get the hang of it. I mis-dialed a few times but didn't realize it because the announcement was difficult to understand.
My visor has a vanity mirror on it which gets in the way of the clip for the ST3. I can place the clip on either side of the visor but the sound quality complaints increase when I do. I currently have it positioned to the left of the mirror but it won't let the visor go all the way up which is great 'cause I love banging my head on it all the time. This could be easily fixed by removing the ST3 from the visor when you want to put it up but suppose a call comes in ... you now have to fumble with it until you get the magnets lined up in the groove.
Pairing and phonebook downloading was extremely easy and quick. (I have an LG Voyager) Again, it connects quickly when I'm in range.
I'm not completely satisfied with this device so far and am considering a return. If the sound quality on the other end were good, I could probably make the bulky fit on the visor work. I don't talk on the phone a lot when I'm in the Jeep which is why I'm on the fence. If I did , I'd return it tomorrow.

Sorry, need to correct my earlier review
Sorry, but I need to temper my review above ("Fantastic"). There is a MAJOR, MAJOR flaw in the design of the ST3 which I've only realized after buying a second one (for our other car) and confirming with tech support.
Basically, the ST3 can be paired to 8 devices (or maybe its 6), BUT it will only automatically reconnect to the last device it was paired to. Here's what this means in the real world... Let's say you usually drive car A. Your wife usually drives car B. One day, your wife drives your car (Car A). Well, the ST3 won't connect to her phone. It's waiting for your phone. Sorry, you can't do anything about it. Unless you want to fiddle in your bluetooth menu or unpair. That's it. Yep. Believe it.
I have no idea why the ST3 can't just look for and connect to a paired device that is in range.

WOW!!!!
First let me state that when I look to purchase something almost to a fault I'll research the @#$% out of it. I contemplated the purchase for weeks while I looked at article and review after article and review. I am amazed at the clarity and simplicity this device has. I drive an F350 diesel pickup and my first call was to my dad who could hear me w/ the radio on and windows down. Automatic paring when in range keeps me from forgetting to use it. I will recommend this unit for all my agents I meet with on the road.

Superb Handsfree!!!
Having used some excellent in the ear bluetooth headsets and vehicle mount units I found this unit to be extraordinarily good. The sound quality is better than average and convenience of use superb. I use with an iPhone and had no trouble transferring contacts to unit. The unit is very reliable and I especially like the vibration sensor to reconnect unit after leaving vehicle. I strongly recommend this unit for someone looking for an aftermarket handsfree mobile unit.

Easy to setup for the technically challenged......
I found the product very easy to get setup and had a great experience with your tech support on transferring my contact list. It was my problem and not the speaker phone. Remember, I am technically challenged. I would recommend this product to anyone to use.

Fantastic
I usually end up returning half the products I buy due to a horrible design flaw or poor performance. Honestly, I expected to return the ST3. It sounded a little too good to be true. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the ST3 fires on all cylinders, something I haven't experienced in a product in a long time. I usually don't write long reviews, but I'm just elated by the ST3, I will not be able to keep myself from going on-and-on about it. Here's what I found (and like):
I bought an ST3 and tried it with my Treo 750, and my wife's iPhone 3G. The 'automatic turn-on and connect' when you get into the car works really well. In fact, it hasn't failed on us yet. Set and forget. This is the way it sound be. This is the only BT speakerphone I know of that does this and was the primary reason I bought the ST3. I don't want to have to remember to turn on a speakerphone everytime I get in the car (who does?). Most products will automatically pair, but you have to turn them on first! The ST3 goes into standby after being disconnected for a while, then senses when you get into the car and automatically pairs with your phone -- no buttons to press! Great idea, and it works.
Okay, but what about the sound quality. There must be a catch. When *I* used the ST3 with my Treo 750, volume was sufficient and clarity was good (not perfect, but certainly acceptable). For perspective, I have a softtop convertible, so with the top up, road noise is quite high. I wasn't sure what the receiver heard, so I held a couple calls. After talking to a friend for 10 minutes, I asked him how the sound was, explaining that I had a bluetooth speakerphone. He said it was quite good; no issues. The other person I had a conversation with didn't have any complaints. My wife also said the sound was good -- no echo like I previously had with a Motorola speakerphone. So, I handed the ST3 over to my wife, for use in her SUV with her iPhone 3G. I talk with my wife when she's in the car on a daily basis, so I was really curious to see how the ST3 would compare to her talking directly into the iPhone. To my surprise, the sound quality was on par with her talking right into the iPhone. It also pairs to her iPhone perfectly every time. Hard to believe.
Other little details -- Phonebook transfer from the iPhone 3G also worked. 520 contacts transferred without a problem. Voice announce and call pick-up works as advertised too. (Wish you could voice dial with the iPhone, or somehow if the ST3 could assist in this.)
So, all in all, the ST3 is one of the greatest products I have purchased in a long time. I will be ordering a second one for myself.

"Completley Satisfied..."
I am completely satisfied with the product. It performs much better that others I have tried. The communication is clear and loud enough at highway speeds to be heard.
Shipment was fast and reasonably priced.

Phenomenal Investment
Bought it on eBay for $84 (includes shipping) and new. Super simple to pair. Works perfectly with iPhone. Clear, loud enough and super simple to use. Sits nicely on visor. The blue blinking light when powered on is slightly annoying. Better than any ear piece and priced right and looks great. If you have an iPhone and an older car without bluetooth this is the device for you.

ST3 has some good qualities but phonebook transfer difficult to accomplish (non existent with my phone) and Blueant unable to overcome. Works well in car with clear voice and simple control features.

Sounds good on my end ...
This Supertooth 3 has some great features, and sounds great, but people on the other end report hearing themselves echo. I'm not them, so I'm not too concerned. This is really good for handling communication when driving, but if you need a business-quality speaker phone, it probably won't cut it.
