The good news:The Plantronics .Audio 920 Bluetooth headset works well with Skype and other audio applications on your PC as well as your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone. It's comfortable and the audio clarity is above average for small headsets.

Consider also:The .Audio 920 comes with a plug and play USB adaptor, which makes it really easy to get started taking calls on your PC. On the downside, although a well made quality headset, the earbud is in one fixed size and may be uncomfortable for people with small ears.

The bottom line:The .Audio 920 is a great all around performer at a reasonable price, especially considering the dual Bluetooth and USB connectivity for softphones.

Works great with skype

I use this headset with my computer running windows vista (boo). But it works great! It's comfortable, sounds good and works. And of course it's wireless... much better than my corded headset. The only problem I forsee is if you are online for hours using voice chat, it will probably run out of a charge. Didn't happen for me though. :)
